What we collect
We only collect what you write in the request form yourself: the name of the restaurant and, if you give it, its registration number, the contact person's name, phone number and email address, the address of the workplace, which roles and which dates the request covers, whether you need equipment, and your message.
This website uses no cookies. We have no visitor statistics or tracking tools.
Why we process it
To answer your request and, if it turns into a booking, to carry out the assignment. The legal basis is your consent. If it becomes a booking, the data is processed in order to perform the agreement with you.
How long we keep it
A request is kept for as long as it is relevant for answering and following up on it, and is deleted after that. If it becomes a booking, the documentation is kept for as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Who handles the data
The data is handled by us. The form sends your message as an email through the service provider Resend, which is therefore a data processor, and it is received in the company's mailbox. We never sell data on and do not disclose it to anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data erased, and to object to or request a restriction of the processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Get in touch at Josephalsikali@yahoo.com.
Complaints
If you believe we are handling your personal data incorrectly, you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (imy.se).
